About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a Market Research Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work alongside our multifamily development and market research teams to support commercial real estate projects.
What you'll do#
- Provide research support to the development and market research teams.
- Contact comparable multifamily properties to verify competitive positioning and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with dealmakers and analysts to assist in rent positioning for potential projects.
- Research and map the multifamily supply pipeline using third-party reports, media, municipal websites, and direct communication with officials.
- Prepare and manage data to create and update reports in Power BI.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
- Solid proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS is helpful but not required.
