About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring an Investor Relations & Finance Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work from our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, to support our Investor Relations and Finance teams. This role provides exposure to real estate investment processes, capital fundraising strategies, and financial analysis.
What you'll do#
- Manage investor portals to ensure data accuracy.
- Track capital calls and help with fund offering logistics.
- Create customized presentations for prospective investors.
- Research institutional investors, family offices, and foundations for fundraising.
- Prepare financial materials for Investment Committee submissions.
- Assemble due diligence packages for refinancing, sales, and new construction loans.
- Research real estate taxes and comparable property sales.
- Assist with lender financial reporting and maintain finance databases.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.

- Current enrollment in a degree program for Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.

- Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
