About the role#
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to join the Jeweler Solutions team for the Summer 2027 term. This position provides hands-on experience in business operations, data analysis, and process improvement within the insurance industry. You will work on projects that help optimize team workflows and support strategic initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Audit web content to ensure information is current and relevant.
- Build and use methods for continuous content updates and tracking.
- Keep databases accurate by finding and fixing inconsistencies.
- Analyze operational data to spot trends, generate insights, and offer recommendations.
- Support the preparation and execution of key projects.
- Review and update existing materials to ensure consistency.
- Help refine onboarding procedures and maintain internal systems.
- Manage updates in internal systems to keep records accurate.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to keep workflows running smoothly.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A strong interest in research and data analysis.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects at once.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Neenah, Wisconsin.
