About the role#
This internship offers a 10 to 12-week program for students to gain corporate experience in project management, data analysis, and business strategy. You will work on strategic initiatives, specifically focusing on the development of AI-driven tools to improve sales effectiveness and the analysis of OEM market opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic business initiatives by developing AI-driven tools.
- Analyze OEM market opportunities and identify growth trends.
- Refresh and expand an OEM capacity expansion assessment to support business planning.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Assist with process improvement and work in teams with colleagues.
- Provide a final presentation to the local management team.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Location: Cuba, Missouri.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
- Status: Full-time internship.
