About the role#
The Accelerated Career Track internship is a 10-week program designed to build your financial, analytical, and sales skills. You will gain exposure to our operations, markets, and strategies while preparing for a potential career within the organization. This is a full-time, paid summer internship.
What you'll do#
- Complete a 10-week immersive experience within the Commercial Banking line of business.
- Participate in classroom sessions, self-study courses, and hands-on technical training.
- Build professional relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Analyze situations, present data, and make recommendations on special projects.
- Join a project team for the Battle of the Interns competition.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally completing your Junior year.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and sales.
- Ability to engage in internal training programs and contribute to special projects.
- Initiative and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
