About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program designed for students completing their junior year of college. The role offers a mix of classroom learning, self-study, and hands-on work within the Treasury department. It is a full-time, paid position aimed at developing your financial, analytical, and sales skills. Successful interns may be considered for the Associate rotational development program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Complete classroom, self-study, and hands-on training curriculum.
- Build professional relationships with managers, mentors, and peers.
- Work on special projects, analyze data, and present your findings.
- Evaluate business situations, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Join a project team to compete in the Battle of the Interns.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- You have the ability to build authentic relationships and work well in a team.
- You are willing to participate in internal training programs and self-study courses.
- You are ready to develop your financial, analytical, and sales skills.

- This position is located on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- The internship takes place during the Summer of 2027.
