About the role#
As the Strategy & Operations Co-op, you will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer. You will support finance, strategy, technology, and business operations to help the engineering team move faster. This is a hands-on position where you will build systems and processes that the company will use immediately.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of the enterprise financial model and run the financial planning and analysis cycle.
- Size the addressable market and build capture and revenue models.
- Help deploy AI-native business processes across the company to improve team effectiveness.
- Design and build agentic workflows to scale operations.
- Manage programs and projects for commercial initiatives and establish business rhythms.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate co-op or internship program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- At least one prior completed internship or co-op work term.
- Fluency with economic and financial modeling principles.
- Working understanding of data structures and database architectures.
- Proficiency with AI tools and their application to business workflows.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy in your work.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time role based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The position is paid and requires eligibility for Canada's Controlled Goods Program.
