About the role#
CareScout is seeking a Sales & Operations Intern for the Summer 2027 term. During this 10 to 12 week program, you will support our Field Team Network by assisting with administrative and outreach initiatives that drive our national sales efforts. This is a full-time, paid position based in Richmond, Virginia.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate communications with Field Team Partners and provider network contacts.
- Maintain CRM tools, outreach trackers, and provider onboarding documentation.
- Observe team workflows to suggest ways to streamline processes.
- Conduct market research and outreach to assist with provider recruitment and regional expansion.
- Contribute to quality reviews of customer and provider interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and handle follow-up project planning.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Comfort managing digital tools and multitasking.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
