About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in management within the packaging and containers manufacturing industry. You will work on various operational projects and support team initiatives during the winter 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time position located in Saint-Hubert.
What you'll do#
- Support the deployment of a training program for technical roles.
- Analyze process gaps between different regions and plants.
- Assist with document management tasks.
- Track quality projects by documenting corrective actions and their implementation.
- Help supervisors coordinate and monitor continuous improvement projects.
- Build and update analysis tools to track performance indicators.
- Contribute to team projects based on operational priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program such as Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Availability from January 11 to April 23, 2027.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
- Initiative and autonomy in your daily work.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Planner and experience creating dashboards are considered assets.

- Location: Saint-Hubert, Quebec.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 2 days of remote work per week.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
