    About the role#

    CATSA is hiring a student for the Operations Systems and RAIC team at our Ottawa headquarters. This position runs from September 26, 2026, to December 31, 2026. You will work 20 hours per week in an on-site capacity.

    What you'll do#

    • Fulfill service support requests, which includes shipping and receiving program consumables.
    • Test, configure, and track program support equipment using documented procedures.
    • Monitor and track inventory usage.
    • Work with the Operations Systems Team to execute assigned project tasks.
    • Liaise with internal and external clients to support program effectiveness.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a full-time or part-time student at a CEGEP, college, or university, and plan to return to studies in the next academic year.
    • Enrollment in a program relevant to the role, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or Logistics.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Prior experience providing client support.
    • The ability to obtain and maintain a reliability security clearance.
    • Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional customer-focused approach.

    • Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Head Office).
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: Paid position ($18.15 to $30.20 per hour, depending on education level).
