About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides hands-on experience within the Ready-Mix division. You will work on operations including cement manufacturing, equipment maintenance, production, and data management. The program is designed to help you build technical skills while gaining a deep understanding of the building materials industry.
What you'll do#
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Engage in challenging projects to solve real-world operational problems.
- Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on assignments.
- Share project outcomes and findings with the leadership team.
- Build professional connections with peers and team members.
- Develop innovative solutions for process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- At least junior year standing.
- A GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Previous experience from internships, co-op programs, or university projects.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
