About the role#
This is a 10-week internship program starting in May 2027. You will gain experience across core Human Resources functions including learning and development, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and engagement. This position is full-time and on-site in Houston, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment by following company protocols.
- Engage in project-based work to solve real-world problems.
- Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on assignments.
- Share your project outcomes with the leadership team.
- Bring forward innovative solutions to help improve internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least junior year standing.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365.
- A solid understanding of HR analytics.

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
