About the role#
CenCore is looking for an HR Intern to join the team in Springville, Utah. This part-time, paid position offers administrative support to the HR department. You will work directly with the HR team to help with daily functions, employee records, and recruitment tasks. This is an opportunity to gain experience in Human Resources within the defense and space manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Post job openings and schedule interviews to assist with the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update employee records while following data protection regulations.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents like offer letters and company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Help with benefits administration, including enrollment and processing claims.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
