About the role#
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will work with client groups to build and execute talent plans that support business goals. You will use business analytics to help leaders make talent decisions and focus on building positive employee relations. This role involves proactive problem solving and requires you to lead or support various HR projects.

What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with performance management, staffing, compensation, diversity, and organizational development.
- Ability to identify root causes and connect specific situations to the broader business context.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft.
Location & details#
- Location: Rochester, New York.
- Work schedule: 9/80 schedule (80 hours over 9 days, with every other Friday off).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $18.50 to $36.50 per hour.
- Benefits: Includes relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays.
