About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Centennial, Colorado. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in the aerospace industry while supporting our HR team. This role requires a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Focus on HR functional Centers of Excellence.
- Learn to navigate and use various HR systems.
- Support HR functional areas, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation and Benefits.
- Assist with key HR initiatives and daily business operations.
- Own and complete a specific HR project designed to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in events to build your professional network within the company.
What you'll need#
- You must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college by summer 2027.
- Enrollment in classes for the Fall 2027 semester.
- A minimum cumulative college GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to use analytical and quantitative skills to review data and drive actions.
- A high school diploma or GED.
