About the role#
As a Business Development Intern and CertiK Ambassador, you will act as a representative for our security services within the local blockchain community. This role provides direct exposure to the blockchain security industry, mentorship from our partnerships team, and opportunities to connect with founders and investors. It is a part-time position designed for those looking to build their professional network and gain experience in business development.
What you'll do#
- Attend one local blockchain meetup each week.
- Build relationships with developers, project founders, and community members.
- Identify new business opportunities and connect potential partners with our internal business development team.
- Dedicate 5 hours per week to these activities.
What you'll need#
- Prior knowledge of crypto and DeFi.
- Experience attending local blockchain meetups or a willingness to become a regular participant.
- Comfort networking with new people in professional and community settings.
- Current enrollment or background in Business Administration or Communications is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is remote and open to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- The internship is paid at $1,000 USD per month.
- We accept applications on a rolling basis.
