About the role#
The Parts Product Management Intern supports strategic initiatives within the Parts business. You will partner with Product Management, Pricing, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to improve product information and drive awareness of key product families. This role focuses on validating technical attributes, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and analyzing data to help improve product visibility and sales growth.
What you'll do#
- Support Product Managers in developing and maintaining product family strategies.
- Gather, validate, and document technical product specifications, features, and sales attributes.
- Collaborate with Pricing Analysts on pricing projects and ensure data alignment across systems.
- Partner with Parts Marketing to improve product positioning and messaging.
- Work with Purchasing teams to understand sourcing, inventory, and business requirements.
- Maintain and improve product data quality across platforms.
- Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Create product documentation, presentations, training materials, and sales support tools.
- Coordinate with IT and Business Intelligence teams on reporting and data projects.
- Engage with brand and dealer contacts to gather feedback.
- Analyze product performance metrics and sales trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuit of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
Location & details#
- Location: Racine, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid position ($20.34 - $25.75 per hour).
