About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern with the PEPD PV DataOps team, you will contribute to a Python-based data platform that supports precision technology product development. You will gain hands-on experience working with product performance data and develop internal solutions to inform product validation.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions for our data platform using Python.
- Leverage AI to build tools that support internal users.
- Collaborate with engineers and validation teams to ensure data-driven insights support product improvement initiatives.
- Support the team mission to provide accessible, reliable, and actionable data.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience working with data using Python.

- Location: Goodfield, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
