About the role#
CNO Financial Group is hiring a Marketing Brand Development Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside our brand development team to support day-to-day operations and gain exposure to brand strategy, customer communications, and marketing analytics. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of marketing and communication materials for digital, print, and social channels.
- Assist with content creation, proofreading, and editing to maintain brand consistency.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors to identify insights.
- Update website content and marketing collateral.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and community events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on various marketing projects.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Status as a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer.
- Preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern US time zones, or a willingness to work those business hours.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- This role is fully remote within the United States.
- Candidates must be able to work during Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
- Occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.
- The internship program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
