About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. You will support our U.S. Direct-to-consumer inside sales team. This role provides hands-on experience in customer relationship management, sales operations, and DME product knowledge. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with required onsite attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
What you'll do#
- Contact potential new customers from leads, doctors’ orders, insurance information, and web shop inquiries.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding DME product sales.
- Process customer sales orders following departmental instructions and quality procedures.
- Provide technical product support and resolve customer concerns.
- Work with Logistics, Insurance, and Accounting Departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records regarding customer orders, insurance details, and demographics.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program for Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Junior or Senior status as of March 2026.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- 3-6 months of customer service or sales experience, or relevant course work.
- Proficiency with PCs, keyboarding, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work within a team.

- Location: New Berlin, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
