About the role#
Comfort Systems USA is hiring for the Summer 2026 Early Careers Program. This 8-week internship provides work experience for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Economics. You will work on-site at our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with department members and participate in group decisions.
- Take initiative on self-directed tasks while supporting your team.
- Rotate through various business divisions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Complete business-focused projects by researching solutions and presenting your findings at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-sufficient approach to work and decision-making.

- Location: Houston, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026 (8 weeks).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
