    About the role#

    Community Options, Inc. offers an internship for undergraduate students interested in health and human services. You will work alongside experienced managers and receive training in areas including public relations, fundraising, recruitment, and person-centered supports. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Binghamton, New York, with a rolling start date.

    What you'll do#

    • Create content for social media channels.
    • Participate in team meetings and share ideas for operational strategies.
    • Write documentation and create instructional materials for future reference.
    • Prepare presentations and documents for internal stakeholders.
    • Assist the local Race Director with planning the annual Cupid’s Chase 5K Race.
    • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and project reporting.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Health Administration, Public Health, Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, or Psychology.
    • A strong interest in health and human services.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
