You will work on real projects, learn from experienced engineers, and ship software that reaches actual users. Your work might involve building AI-powered workflows for administrative tasks, developing features that reduce documentation time for clinicians, or improving the scalability of our platform. You will gain insight into how software moves from an initial idea to production and real-world impact.

    • Build APIs and services that support clinical and administrative workflows.
    • Develop AI-powered experiences using LLMs and machine learning.
    • Create intuitive user interfaces for patients, clinicians, and administrators.
    • Work with healthcare data and complex system integrations.
    • Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of production services.
    • Instrument your work with metrics, logging, and monitoring.
    • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and debugging.
    • Collaborate with product, design, data, infrastructure, and clinical teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation in 2028.
    • A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
    • Experience with languages and frameworks such as Python, TypeScript, Dart, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or React.
    • Exposure to tools like PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, containers, cloud object storage, distributed queues, and data pipelines.
    • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • An ability to learn new technologies quickly.
    • Excitement about building products that solve real-world problems.
    • We value previous internship or research experience, personal or open-source projects, and a track record of owning projects from start to finish.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Mountain View, California.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time internship.
