About the role#
The Technical Learning Solutions team at Corteva Agriscience is looking for an intern to help translate complex scientific and technical data into clear, learner-centered content. You will work with scientists and technical experts to organize information and build effective learning experiences. This role focuses on combining content strategy, instructional design, and visual elements to improve knowledge transfer and performance.
What you'll do#
- Translate technical and scientific information into engaging content.
- Partner with subject matter experts to determine how to organize and deliver information.
- Design and develop learning materials, job aids, guides, and digital learning experiences.
- Apply adult learning principles to improve engagement and knowledge retention.
- Create graphics, diagrams, and infographics to support understanding.
- Use AI-assisted tools and content development technology to improve efficiency.
- Support projects through all phases of design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Contribute to communication initiatives that support business and innovation goals.
What you'll need#
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Communication, Communications, Science Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze information and organize it for diverse audiences.
- Strong written communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Interest in content design, instructional systems design, and knowledge transfer.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or AI-assisted content tools is preferred.
- An interest in science, agriculture, or innovation is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- This is an on-site, part-time, paid internship.
- Candidates must be able to relocate to Indianapolis for the duration of the internship.
