About the role#
The Innovation Excellence Management Intern will work within a team focused on improving innovation processes and operational excellence. This internship offers the chance to contribute to projects that transform how the organization manages ideation and product development. What you'll do#
- Explore new innovation approaches and build them into minimum viable products for internal business entities.
- Use Six Sigma, Scrum, and project management tools to create custom process approaches for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve execution and internal communication.
- Develop custom AI-driven applications to support ideation and project management tasks.
- Create training protocols and workshop materials to teach innovation best practices across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program, having completed at least your freshman year.
- Academic focus in Innovation Management, Project Management, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with solid organizational habits.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Adaptable mindset with an interest in learning new technologies.
