About the role#
GlassRatner is hiring an intern for our Executive Search practice in Los Angeles. You will work alongside our team on a variety of engagements and industries. This role provides hands-on experience similar to that of a full-time Associate. High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time roles upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support the recruitment process through every stage.
- Assist with job postings and prepare executive packages for candidates.
- Identify prospective candidates using targeted research, industry sources, databases, and social media.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and virtual meetings to qualify candidates.
- Document candidate summaries and interview notes.
- Update and manage client reports.
- Maintain data integrity within our CRM and ATS systems.
- Support calendar management for Principals and Partners regarding interviews and client engagements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong written communication skills, including business and technical writing experience.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders.
- Ability to listen, be empathetic, and remain open-minded.
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
