About the role#
DiBella’s Subs is looking for a creative intern to help manage our social media presence during the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, on-site position based in Rochester, New York, requiring at least 20 hours per week. We want someone who can move beyond a desk to capture the energy of our restaurants and turn everyday moments into engaging content.
What you'll do#
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Visit our restaurants to film food, guests, staff, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos that align with current social trends.
- Plan and schedule organic social media posts.
- Respond to followers and interact with guests using the DiBella’s brand voice.
- Brainstorm new ideas and help build a strategy for our social channels.
What you'll need#
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
- A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and internet culture.
- Confidence when talking to people and filming in public settings.
- Great instincts for identifying high-performing content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and manage your own projects.
- Preference for students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Graphic Design.
