About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will work across various departments to learn how our business functions. You will take ownership of at least one individual project and participate in a team project with other interns. The role requires a minimum of 350 hours of work during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Shadow team members to understand workflows and business needs.
- Define problems, conduct research, and analyze data to find solutions.
- Use lean tools to identify and remove waste in your work.
- Review, update, and track various reports.
- Present your project findings and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Attend training events focused on business and personal development.
What you'll need#
- You are a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field.
- You maintain a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- You can manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You have previous leadership experience.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Chesterfield, Missouri.
- You must be able to travel without restriction, as minimal overnight travel may be required.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
