About the role#
This is a full-time, on-site internship for the Winter 2028 term. You will work from our Carmel, Indiana office from January through mid-March. Expect to work at least 55 hours per week, with some peak weeks reaching up to 65 hours. This position is paid at a rate of $29.00 to $48.00 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Complete a structured onboarding and training program.
- Prepare partnership, individual, personal property, and corporate tax returns.
- Complete an average of 200 tax returns during the internship.
- Learn directly from team members with specialized technical knowledge.
- Meet with your in-charge to review your progress and sharpen your skills.
What you'll need#
- You are an Accounting major working toward the credit-hour requirements to sit for the CPA exam.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Completion of at least one intermediate accounting course is preferred.
- You must be able to take leave from spring semester classes.
- You have reliable transportation to and from the office.
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- You possess strong critical-thinking skills and an entrepreneurial, hardworking, and adaptable mindset.
