About the role#
Emergent is building its San Francisco marketing team, and we are looking for a Marketing Intern to join as one of our first hires in this location. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to scale our efforts across multiple channels. We expect you to act like a full-time team member, taking ownership of projects and building AI tools to optimize our workflows.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with the Head of Marketing on social, content, community, events, email, partnerships, and SEO.
- Manage event participation and community engagement.
- Build AI tools to automate and scale marketing tasks.
- Identify and solve marketing issues proactively.
- Write content, manage social media, and engage with our community.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Experience with AI tools and a daily habit of using agentic AI.
- Ability to write engaging content and a strong understanding of social media trends.
- Experience managing projects independently.
- A track record of shipping side projects, content, or community initiatives.
