About the role#
As an intern at EnerNex, you will support our consultants on various management and energy engineering projects. You will help manage information, conduct research, and prepare deliverables for our clients. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Knoxville office.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze data and engineering studies.
- Turn technical reports into short, actionable bulletins.
- Perform data analysis and document your processes.
- Produce high-quality work products for client projects.
- Work within a team to support internal firm activities.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated academic success in your degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a coachable, team-oriented attitude.
- Coursework or experience in business, computer science, or engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, or a programming language like Python, R, or Matlab is a plus.
