About the role#
This internship offers a look into how to run a successful business. You will gain experience in leadership and management by taking on the same responsibilities as a first-year full-time professional. The program includes on-the-job training, opportunities to shadow different departments like Human Resources or Accounting, and a chance to spend a day in the field with a district manager. This is a paid position at 22.11$ per hour.
What you'll do#
- Manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Provide customer service.
- Create a marketing plan.
- Build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Complete assigned projects.
- Participate in friendly competitions with other interns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university bachelor's program or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Expected graduation date no later than August 2027.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the winter 2027 session.
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 traffic violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related driving sanctions in the last 5 years.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without the need for company sponsorship.
- Fluent French language skills.
