About the role#
This internship supports the Network Services Program and Project Management Office. You will gain hands-on experience in the planning, coordination, and governance of cellular network site development and deployment projects. You will work alongside project managers, engineers, construction teams, and customers to track progress and keep initiatives on schedule.
What you'll do#
- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, and documentation for Radio Access Network (RAN) site initiatives.
- Collect updates from stakeholders to prepare weekly and monthly status reports on progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Support resource planning and project governance activities.
- Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and delivery risks.
- Ensure project records are accurate, complete, and stored according to company and customer requirements.
- Support the creation of dashboards, presentations, and portfolio summaries.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related program.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming languages like Python or scripting.
- An interest in project management, data analysis, IT operations, and telecommunications tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
