About the role#
Eulerity is looking for a Recruiting Intern to support our technical hiring lifecycle. You will work directly with our recruiting team to identify engineering talent and manage the candidate experience. This role offers an inside look at how a startup builds its team, focusing on the intersection of AI and talent acquisition.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interview logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their process.
- Manage the scheduling of technical screenings and pair-programming interviews.
- Aggregate technical assessment scores and interviewer feedback to ensure consistent evaluation.
- Learn to source passive engineering candidates using GitHub and other technical communities.
- Develop an understanding of our tech stack to better qualify resumes and assess potential candidates.
What you'll need#
- Highly organized approach to managing multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and handle needs independently.
- Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn our software development stack.
- Genuine interest in the craft of recruiting and talent assessment.
- Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3 to 4 days per week in the New York office.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
