About the role#
Eulerity is looking for an intern to join the Office of the CEO in our New York office. This role serves as a training ground for future Product Managers. You will treat our recruiting pipeline and internal operations like a product by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and testing solutions. You will work directly with leadership to recruit talent and learn how to scale processes from the ground up.
What you'll do#
- Proactively source passive candidates for technical and business roles.
- Manage the candidate user journey, including interview coordination and applicant tracking.
- Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
- Build dashboards and reports to present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct competitive research on compensation and market trends to support our hiring strategy.
What you'll need#
- A background in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, Psychology, or Economics.
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including vlookups and pivot tables.
- Deep curiosity for technology and product development.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage candidates and present to executives.
- A builder mentality and the ability to design systems to fix broken processes.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Commitment: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a transition to part-time during the academic year.
- Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Lunch credits and office snacks.
