About the role#
As a Retail Banking Intern, you will apply your business and finance knowledge to real world scenarios. This summer program provides hands-on experience within our retail banking segment. You will work alongside professionals to learn how banks satisfy the needs of businesses and consumers while gaining insight into financial drivers and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line.
- Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
- Accompany Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
- Perform financial, qualitative, or credit risk analysis based on your assigned department.
- Complete project assignments in conjunction with your rotations.
- Interact with various business partners including Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth services.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Pursuit of a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
