About the role#
As a Retail Banking Intern, you will apply your business and finance knowledge to real world scenarios. You will gain practical experience working within our retail banking segment and learn how a bank satisfies the needs of both businesses and consumers. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside banking professionals and gain insight into financial drivers, credit portfolio health, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Teller training and assist customers on the Teller Line.
- Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
- Observe Branch Managers or Business Development Officers during outside business calls.
- Interact with business partners in areas such as Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking.
- Attend Workplace Banking presentations and engage with Regional Banking Executives and Market Managers.
- Participate in networking events and corporate training sessions scheduled for summer interns.
What you'll need#
- Official enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
