About the role#
As a Retail Banking Intern, you will apply your knowledge of business and finance to real-world scenarios. This program provides practical work experience within our retail banking segment. You will work directly with business leaders and professionals on various projects while gaining exposure to the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line.
- Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
- Observe Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
- Interact with business partners in areas such as Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth/Brokerage.
- Complete assigned projects and rotations with appropriate oversight.
- Attend networking events and corporate training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of business and finance.
- Majors in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing are preferred.
