About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Fall 2026 semester based in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work on-site to modernize our digital asset management through AI integration. The goal is to build systems that improve how we store, audit, and distribute creative content.
What you'll do#
- Build an AI-assisted tagging and metadata system for our video and image libraries to make thousands of assets searchable.
- Run an AI-powered audit of existing collateral at scale to identify outdated or inconsistent material.
- Generate and test titles, descriptions, hooks, and thumbnail variants for our video library using AI tools.
- Manage and upload content across platforms, including YouTube, with a focus on SEO and discoverability.
- Create a repeatable AI-enabled workflow that the team can use after your internship concludes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher in a program like Graphic Design or Computer Science.
- Experience with Adobe Suite.
- Comfort using AI tools for creative and organizational tasks.
- Familiarity with Adobe Firefly and generative-fill is a plus.

- Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 37 pounds and wear personal protective equipment as required by safety standards.
