About the role#
This is a part-time, paid internship at Fish Window Cleaning. We offer on-the-job training, flexible hours, and commission and bonus opportunities. You will not work nights or weekends, and we provide uniforms.
What you'll do#
- Build a commercial customer base through direct cold calling.
- Visit sites to acquire new commercial clients.
- Network with community groups and personal contacts to gain residential customers.
- Partner with local maid services to subcontract residential work.
- Provide written estimates on-site and follow up with potential customers by phone.
- Meet established weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
What you'll need#
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on contacts.
- Clear communication skills for both in-person and telephone interactions.
- The ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on-site.
- A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
