About the role#
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Finance team. This role provides hands-on experience with financial systems, customer interactions, and data management. You will support critical operational processes and contribute to projects that improve accuracy and efficiency across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Contact customers by phone to discuss past due account balances and expiring payment methods.
- Manage and update customer notes in our billing system.
- Process customer account closure requests.
- Compile and review at-risk client data for Finance leadership.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting tasks.
- Work with team members in Finance and Customer Success to support daily operations.
What you'll need#

- Patience and tact when interacting with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- A desire to learn, take initiative, and suggest process improvements.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
