About the role#
As a Finance Business Analyst Intern, you will join our team in Raleigh to work on real-world financial data management and analysis. You will partner with a senior mentor, financial analysts, data scientists, and finance operations teams. This role focuses on assessing the health, performance, and sustainability of key business initiatives while gaining insight into how financial models impact our strategy.
What you'll do#
- Collect and document input from internal finance teams, customers, and stakeholders to identify requirements.
- Research the financial performance and metrics of competitors to conduct competitive analysis.
- Develop and prioritize financial requirements, performance metrics, and strategic insights.
- Translate your findings into visual presentations and reports for decision-makers.
- Network with other interns to share ideas and build professional connections.
What you'll need#
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to support data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A desire to learn, curiosity about how things work internally, and a willingness to work as part of a wider team.
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Business Administration, or Economics program.
- Ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina.
