    About the role#

    As a Technical Product Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with Red Hat technologies. You will learn how technical products are positioned, demonstrated, and explained to users. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and technical marketing teams to turn complex capabilities into clear technical experiences. Note that the internal title for this role is Technical Marketing Manager.

    What you'll do#

    • Own a meaningful project from start to finish.
    • Create technical materials like demos, tutorials, blogs, sample workflows, dashboards, or presentations.
    • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align content with user needs.
    • Use AI tools to improve how you create and deliver content.
    • Build hands-on labs, explain automation tasks, or create container-focused content for developers.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a degree in a technical, product, design, or communications field, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
    • Genuine curiosity about technology and how things work.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
    • Familiarity with Linux, containers like Docker or Kubernetes, or cloud platforms is a plus.
    • Experience with AI tools, open source projects, or prior internship work creating technical content is helpful.
    • Ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

    • Modality: On-site or hybrid.
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
    • Term: Rolling.
