About the role#
We are looking for a Human Resources Co-op Student to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mississauga for the Summer 2026 term. This is an unpaid, full-time, on-site role designed to provide hands-on experience and insight into the field of human resources.
What you'll do#
- Apply concepts learned in your studies to real-world tasks.
- Assist our recruiters in growing the team.
- Help recruit professionals for Aviation Security roles.
- Organize and prepare for future recruitment events.
- Support the development of our partnerships.
