About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Jacksonville, Florida. You will work on-site with our team to support daily real estate operations. This role is designed for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business Administration who want to learn how the railroad industry functions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the daily operations of the department.
- Learn about the structure of the railroad industry and how companies compete within it.
- Gain experience with our internal processes, systems, and procedures.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work as a self-starter.
- The ability to interact effectively with people at all levels while maintaining objectivity.
