    About the role#

    As a Valuation & Modeling Intern, you will assist clients by evaluating business value, assets, and financial instruments. You will work with companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations across various industries. This role offers exposure to different engagements and the opportunity to interact with senior financial executives while developing your critical thinking and technical skills.

    • Gain an understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.
    • Work on client engagements that vary by size, region, and industry.
    • Participate in team building and networking events with your peers.
    • Obtain professional development, continuing education, and focused training.
    • Learn new skills, technologies, and firm methodologies.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
    • High aptitude to work with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Effective project and time management skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with strong attention to detail.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

    • Location: Dallas, Texas.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid, requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site.
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
