About the role#
GreenStone Farm Credit Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Human Resources team. This paid, full-time position offers hands-on experience in recruiting and talent management. You will work directly with our team to help attract and support talent while gaining exposure to the business side of the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruiting tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and background checks.
- Help ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the planning and coordination of our internship program, including efforts to foster intern development and networking.
- Coordinate college recruiting and career fair activities, including event logistics, materials, and student engagement.
- Represent our employer brand and build relationships with universities.
- Collaborate with the broader Human Resources team on various projects and initiatives.
- Share fresh perspectives to help improve our recruiting and talent programs.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Sophomore academic standing or above.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00.
- An interest in or prior experience within the agricultural sector.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship building, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work well within a team.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in East Lansing, Michigan.
- The internship term runs from Winter 2027 through Summer 2027.
- This position is paid and does not provide sponsorship.
