About the role#
Greystar is looking for a Temporary Leasing & Marketing Manager to join the team at Sora in Phoenix. This role focuses on driving community revenue and occupancy through strategic marketing, sales management, and team leadership. You will manage the day-to-day leasing operations and ensure the property meets performance goals.
What you'll do#
- Direct all community marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet occupancy targets.
- Supervise the leasing team, including interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to adjust pricing and concession strategies.
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across print and internet channels.
- Manage the full leasing process, from qualifying prospects to preparing lease documentation.
- Oversee the resident lease renewal program and resolve resident or client concerns.
- Use property management software to generate reports and track leasing performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure units are ready and the community remains safe and presentable.
- Present marketing and leasing results to stakeholders and owners.
What you'll need#
- Experience managing marketing, advertising, and sales activities.
- Ability to oversee and develop leasing team members.
- Proficiency in using property management software.
- Skill in reviewing financial and operational reports to identify trends.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
