About the role#
LV Collective is hiring a Marketing & Partnerships Intern for the Rambler Blacksburg property. This role focuses on managing our brand ambassador program and building community relationships near Virginia Tech. You will lead a group of campus influencers to drive brand awareness and support leasing efforts. This is a paid position offering 15 to 25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Recruit, interview, and onboard brand ambassadors.
- Manage recruiting follow-ups and the onboarding process using HubSpot.
- Plan and execute monthly events.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies with local businesses and university organizations.
- Write, create, and distribute monthly newsletters.
- Coordinate contracts and maintain regular communication with ambassadors through social media, text, and in-person meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, specifically in Marketing or Communications.
- Proficiency in English, including grammar and proper usage.
- Experience with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and GroupMe.
- Familiarity with CasaPerks or HubSpot is a plus.
