About the role#
The Marketing & Partnerships Intern will lead the brand ambassador program for Rambler Gainesville. You will focus on building relationships with student influencers and managing community engagement strategies. This role is a paid opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, event planning, and digital marketing.
What you'll do#
- Identify, recruit, interview, and onboard Brand Ambassadors at the University of Florida.
- Manage recruiting follow-ups and administer contracts using HubSpot.
- Plan and execute monthly events for ambassadors.
- Create and distribute a monthly newsletter using Canva and HubSpot.
- Implement community engagement strategies with university organizations.
- Maintain regular communication with ambassadors through text and social media.
- Assist with property merchandise ideas and lifestyle photoshoots.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
- Proficiency with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and GroupMe.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience as a brand ambassador is a plus.
